Once you have viewed one of our properties that is available for rent, you may submit an application.

Application must be printed out and completed. Once complete and requested documents attached, you may drop your application(s) off at 500 N. Tucson Blvd., Ste 110, Tucson AZ 85716.

Please fill out page 1 & 2 completely and attach copy of Driver’s Licenses and last 2 pay stubs (proof of income statements/bank statements showing deposits/reserves). On the 3rd page, print name, sign and date the top portion (*leave lower sections blank*). On the 4th page, complete the form with the requested information and sign the form.

The application fee is $30/person (non refundable) 18 years and older to process your application(s). Payable to Professional Choice in the form of a money order/cashier’s check.

The Holding Deposit policy is on page 2 of the application. The holding deposit amount is equal to one month’s rent. Payable to Professional Choice in the form of a money order or cashier’s check.

All of our properties are non-smoking properties.

Tenant will be required to obtain a renter’s insurance policy effective on the 1st day of the lease with a minimum $500,000.00 in personal liability coverage and name Professional Choice as an “Additional Interest” or “Interested Party” on the policy.

Credit Report. If you are concerned about unfavorable credit, you may be able to address this concern by adding a cosigner or offering additional security deposit. Contact us for details.

No evictions for the past 3 years. If you have an eviction within this time period, you may be able to address this concern by adding a cosigner or offering additional security deposit. Contact us for details.

All pets are subject to approval and if approved, additional deposit/fee. No aggressive breeds or mix of aggressive breeds will be allowed.

No bankruptcies that have not already been discharged.
